Site works for Walnut Grove is coming along well.

This is what has happened since our last project update.

• Topsoil stripping has been completed.

• Plumbing and drainage works are underway.

• Stormwater tanks installed end of May. 

• Site pegging has been completed.

• Pre-start selections and electrical drawings have been completed.

• Western Power and NBN works have commenced.   

• Due to sales success, Walnut Grove will be developed in 2 phases (instead of 3). Phase 1 is expected to be completed in mid 2017. Walnut Grove is expected to be fully completed by mid 2018.
